At one time, the share of interest income in the sum of interest, dividend, and rental incomes exceeded 80% in the United States. However, the share of interest income has been declining to 47% while real estate rental income grew to 23% and stock dividend income rose to 30% since 1980.

The chart below shows the household asset incomes sector. Interest income (green) is gradually decreasing while real estate rental income (red) and stock dividend (Blue) are increasing. This is because the high-interest rate era has come to an end and the low interest rate era has begun. More households have been investing to equity and real estate switching from bond investing.

아래 차트는 가계자산 수입분야인데 이자수입(Green) 은 전체에서 점점줄어들고 부동산 렌트수입 (Red) 과 주식배당금 (Blue) 이 점점늘어나고 있습니다. 이는 고금리시대가 저물고 저금리시대가 도달했기 때문입니다. 자산분배가 채권이나 은행이자에서 주식과 부동산으로 자산이 옮겨지면서 생긴것입니다.
